Brilliant Printers, in a people-centric initiative, has always endeavoured to strike that delicate balance between advancing technology and automation. We employ a number of individuals at the plant, thus providing livelihood to around five hundred employees. Our regular training and upgrading programs have built confidence in many who have developed from the level of a trainee to the post of manager. We, at Brilliant Printers, believe in giving back to society. Various teams from the company visit orphanages, prisons and old age homes. In times of natural calamities, employees have often pledged a day’s salary for the welfare of the disadvantaged. We believe that we can make a meaningful impact on society. We are committed to society and social causes. We strongly believe in community benefiting initiatives that go a long way in making a difference in the world.
